“The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though. The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast. Staff was friendly. Over all good experience.”

“When I arrived at the hotel, she put me in room 207. I went up to the room and when I opened the door, the mirror was so dirty. You could barely see your reflection in it. It had not been touched in probably a year the room was dirty, so I went back down to the lobby. She switched my rooms. I went to room 104 I walked in. “Hotel staff didn't care that construction workers were tracking mud on elevator carpet and leaving in sight big garbage bags full of junk. The desk staff was short and defended poor television remote control saying it wasn't hotels fault. Staff needs customer service and relationship training. I will not return or refer”

“The bed was AWFUL it was lumpy and I felt like I was sleeping in an ident. We could hear everything in the room above us like a heard of elephants 12:30am 2 nights in a row. The shower was insanely hot couldn’t get it to turn down. And housekeeping never serviced our room. Do not recommend this hotel”
